HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lb. round roast or steak
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tbsp. dried crushed thyme
1 tbsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 can tomatoes

Add all ingredients except sour cream. Simmer until meat is tender. Then add sour cream before serving. Serve over noodles.
