20 MINUTE FUDGE CAKE AND ICING 
2 c. sifted plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, add water and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Add to dry ingredients. Stir, do not beat. Add buttermilk with soda dissolved in it. Add eggs and vanilla. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Grease and flour the pan.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar

Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and put either a 6 ounce package of chocolate chips or 1/2 cup cocoa and 10 marshmallows. Stir. Pour hot on cake.
