GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3/4 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 can French fried onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. can green beans, drained or fresh cooked green bans

Melt butter and add onion. Cook until golden. Add soup, cheese and lemon juice. Heat until cheese melts. Layer green beans and sauce. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
