GROUND TURKEY LOAF 
2 lbs. ground turkey, uncooked
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. unketchup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Place ingredients except turkey in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and let stand a few minutes. Mix in turkey until well blended. Shape into loaf. Place in 5 x 9 inch loaf pan or in shallow pan with a little water.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees to 164 degrees. Cool to set loaf. Weigh 4 ounce servings. Serve with 1 cup of mashed potatoes and 1 cup tossed salad. Single serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 cup starch, 1 cup salad.
