1 pkg. Bob Evans mild sausage
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)

Mix all ingredients well. Roll by hand into bite-size balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown. Serve warm.
