HALIBUT ALEYESKA 
8 oz. halibut fillet, sliced in half
1/2 c. aleyeska sauce
2 (1 oz.) slices of cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Slice 8 oz. halibut fillet into two 4 oz. fillets. Place one fillet into casserole dish place 1 slice of cheese on top. Place second fillet on top, then the second slice of cheddar cheese. Spread remaining sauce on top of cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Place into 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until crumbs brown and sauce bubbling hot. Do not overcook. Fish should flake easily.

ALEYESKA SAUCE:

4 c. mayonnaise
4 c. sour cream
1 diced onion

Blend all ingredients.
