HALIBUT ALYESKA | |
2 lb. halibut (or other white fish) Mayonnaise 1 sm. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. butter Melt butter in baking dish. Sprinkle onions in bottom of pan. Cut halibut in 1/4 inch strips. Put mayonnaise in bowl. Coat fish generously with mayonnaise and lay fish in baking dish snugly next to each other, as if it were a puzzle. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and paprika and bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
