TOO EASY COBBLER 
5 to 6 peaches, peeled & sliced (apples & blackberries are good also)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
5 slices of white loaf bread

Grease or spray 8 x 8 inch pan and place fruit on bottom. Cut crust off of 5 slices of bread and cut each slice into 5 fingers or strips. Put bread strips on top of fruit. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, melted butter and 1 beaten egg. Mix this together well and spread over bread. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.

Thank you! This is a great recipe. We used fresh blackberries this time but definitely going to try apples next time. Super quick and easy and most importantly delicious!
