RICE O RONI SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice-O-Roni (cook and cool)
1 (18 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (don't drain)
1 (3 or 4 oz.) bag sliced almonds
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together and let set several hours. Keeps well.
