SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour pans. Beat together first 6 ingredients until blended. Stir in flour, soda, powder and nuts until dry ingredients are just moistened. Do not overmix. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Cover with glaze made from melted chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter (stir until blended). Makes a small loaf.
