SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
2 med. eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed fine
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs, add sugar and bananas. Dissolve soda in sour cream and add. Beat in sifted flour and lastly add melted shortening. Mix well. Bake in lightly greased loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees about 1 hour.

Nuts, 1/2 cup, may be added.
