WHEAT NUT BREAD 
3 c. sifted wheatsworth flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
1 egg, beaten
1 1/3 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. molasses

Sift together flour, powder, soda, salt, and sugar. Add nut meats. Combine beaten eggs, buttermilk, shortening, and molasses. Add to dry ingredients mixing only enough to moisten.

Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes.
