THOUSAND ISLAND SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients well. (Can store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks without eggs.)
