GRAPE ALMOND SALAD 
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 head red leaf lettuce
1 c. green seedless grapes
1/2 c. salted almonds
8 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained)

SALAD DRESSING:

6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/8 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix salad dressing together.

Into chilled bowl bread lettuce. Arrange grapes and almonds. Peel leaves from artichokes and add. Mix dressing and toss salad.
