HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients together, then place in a casserole dish. Add 1 cup crushed potato chips to top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
