WHITE VELVET POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco
7 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour (unsifted)
1 c. milk

Mix cake ingredients well and pour into a 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

ICING:

3 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter (room temp.)

Blend together and frost cake when cool.
