1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 regular chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar

Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over coconut and nuts. Melt butter and cream cheese and blend with powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
