2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. (1 oz.) HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 (12") flour tortillas
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives

Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Drain pimentos, chilies and olives, then blot on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts on top of cheese and roll tightly. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1 inch pieces. Discard ends. Serve with spirals facing up. Makes 3 dozen.
