STOLEN BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 whole eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
2 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Mix butter, sugar, and salt. Add well beaten eggs, soda and flour. Fold in sour cream and then fold in blueberry. Put in muffin cups and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 20 muffins.
