HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. lean fresh pork, ground
1 lb. ground ham
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 or 2 green onions, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all together and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

HORSERADISH SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. horseradish

Whip cream and blend with other ingredients.
