HORS D'OEUVRE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
1 c. catsup
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. apple juice

Cook onions, pepper and celery until tender. Add catsup, brown sugar and apple juice; blend together. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes or until sauce begins to glaze. Pour sauce over sausage or meatballs.
