1 (9") pie shell
8 slices of bacon
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. half & half
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten

Bake pie shell in hot oven, 450 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Fill bottom of shell with bacon and cheese. Combine the rest of ingredients and beat well. Pour into pie shell. Top with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Can add any meats, mushrooms, onions or vegetables you want.
