OLD BALTIMORE YACHT CLUB FROZEN
WHISKEY SOUR
 
In a blender add:

1 heaping tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate (Minute Maid or the like)
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 of a lemon with half of the rind removed (this is important, don't screw it up)
about 8 oz. whiskey (or a blend such as Seagrams Seven)
ice

Add everything but the ice into a blender and run on high-speed for about 30 seconds. Then start adding ice until smooth.

IMPORTANT!!! You will know it is perfect when the batch "burps" once after turning off the blender.

Also, its best to use warm ice (that's ice that has been out of the freezer for a while). Cold ice cuts the yield on the batch. It still tastes great but will knock you out faster!
