6 apples
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Wash and core apples, remove one inch of peel. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Stuff center of each apple with 2 tablespoons of mixture. Wrap each apple in foil. Place directly on hot coals and grill for 10 minutes until tender. 6 servings.
