STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans string beans
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (Saltine may be used)
1 chopped onion
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. cheese

Heat beans in liquid. In a baking dish put soup and chopped cheese. Drain beans and add to mixture. In another pan melt butter and saute onions and add to mixture leaving the melted butter in pan. Crumble the crackers into the butter, stir and sprinkle over the bean mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
