FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
Fresh fruit of your choice, such as: peaches, apples, kiwi, bananas, pears, etc.

Press cookie dough on 14 inch pizza pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Add fruit of your choice. Melt small jar of apricot preserves and brush over fruit. Chill. Slice as pizza.

NOTE: Fruit should be sliced fairly thin. Using kiwi and strawberries or cherries will make a nicer looking pizza, adding more color.
