SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground meat 2 eggs 1 c. applesauce 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1/2 c. grape jam 12 oz. water Blend meat with eggs, applesauce and bread crumbs. Mix well. Form into small balls. Combine chili sauce, jam and water. Place meatballs in a baking dish and pour sauce over them. Bake at 325 for 2 hours. Serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks. |
