CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can corned beef, chopped

Dissolve the Jello in the hot water. Add the cold water. Add the onion, celery and Miracle Whip. Add the corned beef. Mix well and pour into a glass dish so that it will not be more than 1 1/2 inches thick. Place in the refrigerator to cool and set. It can then be sliced into any size serving pieces you want.
