REESE TYPE BARS 
1 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine first 6 ingredients with 2 tbsp. water. Beat until well blended and mixture will form a ball. Use 7x11 inch pan. Spread out and smooth to edges and corners.
