REESE TYPE BARS 
BOTTOM:

1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

TOP:

6 oz. bag chocolate chips
2 tbsp. oil

Combine "bottom" ingredients with 2 tablespoons of water in large bowl. Beat until well blended and mixture forms a ball. Pat into a 7"x11" pan, smoothing top. Melt chocolate chips and oil in double boiler. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Cut into small squares when cool.
