SPINACH SQUARES 
4 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
20 oz. chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Put butter in 9x13 pan and melt in oven. In large bowl, beat eggs well, then add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese, spinach and onion. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish and level off. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool 45 minutes then cut into bite-sized squares. (Can freeze, defrost and reheat at 325 degrees for 12 minutes).
