SPINACH DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts (opt.)
1 pkg. veg. or leek Knorr soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. chopped spinach
Tortillas

Thaw and drain chopped spinach well. Mix ingredients and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Spread on tortillas. Roll jelly roll fashion and cut into segments.
