SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (thawed)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 pkg. Knorrs Leek or Vegetable Soup Mix
2 round loaves pumpernickel bread

Squeeze moisture out of spinach. Put in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Place in refrigerator for a few hours.

Hollow out loaf of pumpernickel bread, then pour dip in hollowed loaf. Cut 2nd loaf in cubes to be used for dipping.

(Dip may be used with cut up vegetables also!)
