PECAN - NUGGET COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chopped pecans, dredged in 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Cream butter; add sugar; add flour. Then add nuts and mix. Shape into 1 inch balls or crescents. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool; roll in powdered sugar. Store in air-tight container.
