HOT CLAM DIP 
3 (7 oz.) cans minced clams
1/2 c. clam juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. white wine
1 lg. loaf French bread

Mix all ingredients. Put into hollowed out French bread. Wrap in foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees 2 to 3 hours. Serve hot with cubes of French bread for dipping. I always use a second loaf of French bread for dunking.
