PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 pork chops
1 c. rice
2-1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown pork chops, set aside. In same pan combine all remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour rice mixture into greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish, or leave in skillet, if oven-proof. Set chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
