1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
shaved chocolate

Blend together flour, nuts and butter. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. Mix powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese and spread on top of cooled crust. Mix together the chocolate and vanilla pudding with the milk and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and shaved chocolate.
