SALMON LOAF | |
3 oz. canned salmon 2 egg whites, separated 1 slice bread, crumbed 2/3 tsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. skim milk, scalded 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. salt Add soft bread crumbs to the milk, add salmon, 1 egg white, lemon juice and salt; mix. Then fold in beaten egg white. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 2. |
