HAM POT PIE 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt
3-4 lbs. ham butt
1 sm. onion
3 med. potatoes
Celery

Cut shortening into flour. Blend in eggs and salt. Use enough water to form ball. On floured surface roll dough thin. Cut into squares 1"x1".

Boil ham in kettle approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until well done. When done, remove ham and cut in pieces.

Bring broth to a boil and drop noodles into broth one at a time. Add potatoes. Cook until noodles and potatoes are done.

During last 15 minutes, add the ham to mixture. Serves 6.
