TASTY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. bean cubes (2 slices)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Combine above ingredients. Roll into 1 inch (or larger) balls. Arrange in greased baking dish (1 1/2 quart).

MAGIC SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/3 c. lemon juice (can use bottled ReaLemon)
1/3 c. grape jelly

Blend this well (use hand mixer if necessary). Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I double recipe for my family or for potlucks.
