ROLLED CHICKEN 
12 (1/2) chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 pkgs. dried chipped beef
1/4 piece of bacon for each piece of chicken
1 c. sour cream
2 c. mushroom soup

Line pan with chipped beef. Cover with chicken (rolled like a little veal bird using toothpicks to hold). Top with 1/4 strip of bacon. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup; pour over chicken. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Cover pan and uncover for last 20 minutes to brown.
