SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. can sauerkraut 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 c. very narrow egg noodles 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Place in bottom of deep casserole dish. Layer sauerkraut over beef. In separate bowl, mix the 2 cans of soup. Add 1/4 of this mixture to casserole. Add 1 cup noodles. Pour the rest of soup mixture over noodles. Add rest of noodles and push down into soup. Cook, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add cheese on top and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered, at 350 degrees. |
