QUICK LIGHT BREAD | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1/4 c. warm water 2 1/3 c. self - rising flour 1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. sour cream Dissolve dry yeast and warm water together. Mix all ingredients together on medium speed of mixer, then on high speed for 1 minute. Bake in greased loaf tin for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste when you remove from oven with butter. |
