RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes raspberry jello
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen raspberries
2 real ripe bananas
16 oz. sour cream

First layer: Mix 1 package jello with 1 cup boiling water until jello is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Add 1 box frozen raspberries (partially thawed) and the 2 bananas (mashed). Allow to gel.

Second layer: Spread sour cream over first layer. It may not take a full container of sour cream. Sour cream spreads easier if allowed to come to room temperature. Return to refrigerator to cool.

Third layer: Mix second box of jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Add second box of frozen raspberries. Spoon on top of sour cream layer. Allow to gel. This is a real favorite of all our guests.
