STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box graham crackers
1 c. granulated sugar

Mix sugar, Crisco and cream cheese on low speed until smooth. Add pineapple and nuts. Mix again on low speed. Mix Jello as directed on package. Let chill until syrupy. Then put layer of crackers in 9"x13" Pyrex dish. Add 1/2 of sugar, nut mixture, another layer of crackers, rest of sugar-nut mixture and then another layer of crackers. Add Jello to top of crackers. Chill for several hours before serving.
