FROSTED CASHEW CLUSTERS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. salted cashews
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Drop by teaspoon onto greased sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

GOLDEN BUTTER ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cream
3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Lightly brown butter, then add remaining ingredients. Yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
