CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 c. uncooked instant rice
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 medium chopped onion

Place broccoli in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Place in 350°F oven for 7 minutes to partially thaw. Stir in rice, chicken, soup, milk and half of cheese along with the onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake until browned.
