TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
3 c. diced cooked turkey 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms 3/4 c. diced celery 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds 1 tbsp. chopped onions 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise Chow mein noodles Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise, toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. |
