SWISS CHEESE BREAD 
1 lb. Swiss cheese
2 stick butter
Garlic salt
1/2 c. onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 loaf of French bread

Slice bread diagonally. Place on foil. Put cheese in between slices of bread. Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic, onions, poppy seeds and lemon juice. Cook until onions are soft. Pour on bread inside slices. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts, 15 to 20 minutes.
