SKILLET QUADRETTINI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 c. sm. shell macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Brown beef in frying pan with celery and onion. Stir in garlic salt, thyme, tomatoes and macaroni. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until macaroni is almost tender. Stir in spinach, cover and cook 5 minutes longer. 4 to 6 servings.
